This website has recently updated to incorporate a predatory opt-out system for scraping art you upload for derivative AI images. I'll still be upholding my usual art release schedule but it will not be done so here, until either this system is changed or I'm able to sift through all 400+ art pieces of mine to individually opt-out.

If you're interested in following my work on other platforms, you can find a full list of every place I use here:

With the retirement of the previous DeviantART layout on the near horizon, it looks like all the cool kids are abandoning ship. Though this website for the foreseeable future will continue to be the main location for all my full-resolution artwork, I figured I would still write up a list of other sites you can find me on. If any of the people on my watch list intend on using any of the following sites as their main social media from here on, consider following me there!

Twitter is my main social media of choice. I post there the most frequently, and you can find some exclusive sketches there that I don't post anywhere else!

I also have an Instagram and a Tumblr page, but they aren't updated nearly as frequently. If you still want to have my style challenge art and the occasional other drawing show up in your feed however, you're still welcome to follow me there!

You're welcome to like my Business Facebook Page, though I hear people don't use that so much anymore. Still, it's there if you're interested!

YouTube is where you can find all my animation work, with the occasional goofy but still tangentially art-related video.

I have a Newgrounds page that I've only just started, and you can find a small handful of my animation and artwork on it. That'll grow in due time!

My Personal Website is more for professional business, but I figured I'd list it here anyways.

I have a Patreon! Every time I put up a style challenge drawing, I put up a short ""podcast"" where I talk about my thoughts on the show and its style. There's also some neat perks there, like early previews of animation projects and a super secret Discord server.

My Ko-Fi is also there if anyone wants to pay me a few bucks for a really quick sketch commission for goofy concepts.

I also have a RedBubble if you're interested in wearing any of my designs! I currently have a nice little pizza and breakfast tile pattern, as well as a demon with his corgi. I'll be adding more designs soon!

Any sites I missed can also always be found on my LinkTree.

Hope to see you there, and stay safe!

The following is a collection of tv programs I will NOT be considering eligible for upcoming Style Challenge entries.

🛇 Totally Spies 🛇
🛇 Lion Guard 🛇
🛇 Big Mouth 🛇
🛇 Max and Ruby 🛇
🛇 Angela Anaconda 🛇
🛇 The Amazing World of Gumball 🛇
🛇 Battle for Dream Island 🛇
🛇 Out of Jimmy's Head 🛇
🛇 MegaBabies 🛇

Note that there are any number of reasons why I may chose not do to do a drawing based off a particular series. Please do not assume it is always slight against a particular series, or ever over yourself.

Please do not request any show that:
• Has overly realistic facial and bodily design (eg. Thundercats, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, etc). These types of shows are primarily from the 60s and 80s.
• Has its entire female cast overly sexualized in either character or design.
• Has a style that I would not be able to replicate accurately without tracing assets.
• Is primarily made up of free stock photos or assets.
• Has a pre-established character that is close enough to what I would draw myself as that I would just be redrawing that character (like how Garfield and Friends already has a raccoon, and all their designs are animals without any other defining features).
• Has no consistent overall style, or the point is all the characters look drastically different (Out of Jimmy's Head, The Amazing World of Gumball).
• Is a spinoff of a base, pre-existing property that has an identical style to it's source material (Steven Universe Future being stylistically identical to Steven Universe, or Yu-Gi-Oh: Capsule Monsters to Yu-Gi-Oh).
• Would immediately attract unwelcome attention, attraction, or sexualization.
• Is pornography, hentai, or fetish-centric.
• Is a current preschooler's program.

This will be updated as time goes on. Thank you for reading and don't let this discourage you from sending suggestions outright.

These terms can also be viewed here.

By commissioning me, you consent to the following terms:

Payment and Process Details

All payments will be made through PayPal.

All prices are listed in American (USD). Please convert them to your local currency when considering pricing.

You will be given a general price quote. I will then begin rough sketching. If you are happy with how it looks, I will give you a more exact quote, as well as ask for 50% of the payment upfront. This is to prevent scamming.

Before I begin, please provide as detailed information as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, reference sheets/photos, pose references, detailed descriptions, and colour palettes. If I am designing a character purely from a description with no visual reference, it will come with an extra charge.

You will be given progress updates in lower resolution/watermarked at each landmark stage (before inking, before colouring, etc). Once this stage of work is approved by you, I will continue to the next stage.

The final, full-resolution, unwatermarked image will be sent after the second payment (the remaining 50%) is received.

Final payment must be received either within 48 hours of you seeing the final product, or within 72 hours of me showing it to you, depending on if I am capable of seeing if my messages are read or not. Exceptions to this must be discussed in advance.

Final exports will be done in a flattened image file type of your choice, such as .JPEG, .TIFF, or .PNG. Image resolution will be discussed prior to initial sketching

If an issue arises where I cannot complete a commission, such as personal conflicts, you will be offered a refund of your downpayment. This downpayment is otherwise nonrefundable.

The second payment given on completion is non-refundable.

If I hear no word from you within 30 days at any point during my process, I will consider the project abandoned and no longer actively work on it. I may continue after this point for an extra 25%, but I am not obligated to hold on to old, unfinished files.

If this commission has a deadline within two weeks notice, I may charge extra as a rush fee. If I do not make the deadline due to lack of stage approval or communication, you will not be refunded.

Revisions

Minor revisions for the stage I am currently on (ie. changing the colour of one area before shading, changing the sketched pose before inking) are free of charge! However, the large revision (anything that forces me to scrap the entire stage, such as completely changing the pose or character after I have finished sketching) is a $5 charge each.

Revisions done to long completed stage (changing the pose after it has been shaded, etc) are a $10-$20 charge each, depending on complexity. It is up to my discretion as the artist what constitutes as what sort of revision. If you ask for more than 3 major revisions - scrapping or redoing entire stages - I will either finish the drawing as-is or scrap it entirely, at full charge plus the cost of the revisions. Please be confident about what you’d like before commissioning!

My Rights

I have the right to refuse work without providing a reason.

I still retain the rights to use my work for self-promotional purposes. This includes showcasing it in my portfolio and showing it to other clients as a sample of my work. If you wish to keep your commission private, you must let me know in advance.

I may ask for permission to sell your commission as an art print, but you have the right to decline.

I my ask to livestream my progress. You also have the right to decline.

Your Rights

If you intend to place the finished commission on any public forum, proper attribution is required. Please credit me for my work, and link back to me in some way.

Only the commissioner has the rights to redistribute their commission unless otherwise discussed.

Prices listed are for personal use commissions. If you are intending to profit off my work, you are required to state so either prior to commissioning or prior to monetization. This will come at an extra charge. An example of this would include an upfront extra charge for a YouTube icon or logo, or a percentage cut from t-shirts or merchandise sales. Due to the flexible nature of monetization, exact numbers for this would be discussed when the need arises.

You are not permitted to alter my work in any way unless you are cropping it for a profile picture or banner. This includes tracing, making bases, recolouring, and cropping out my signature. Unless otherwise discussed, only I have the rights to ink, colour, and shade my own work. Do not do so yourself or ask/pay another artist to.

Final Points

Please don’t expect something outside my capability. If you don’t like my art style, I implore you to commission from someone you do!

I’m not responsible for any miscommunications that arise from clients who choose not to read these terms. They are still binding.

If you are polite and courteous, then I will be more than happy to work with you again in the future!

Commission something that you want to see. Make it something fun for the both of us!

Hey everybody. I just wanted to tell an important story to anyone out there that’s a visual artist or a fan of horror media. In the wake of the mess last weekend surrounding Twitter account Nobody failing to attribute art they reposted to the creator and having a massive and embarrassing meltdown (which you can read more about here here, language warning), I want to share a similar experience I’ve been having. If you want to see some proof I've collected, you can find some screenshots here, as well as some direct links to infringing content at the bottom of this post. It’s going to contain some disturbing (but fake) horror-themed Photoshops and paintings so I’m sorry in advance if this sort of thing upsets you.

So about a month ago, while talking with some friends, one of them drew my attention to how the Twitter page for CreepypastaDotCom was tweeting out about a story on their main website using an image that looked a little familiar. There was no credit to be found. After a little digging we realized that it was the work of a rather well known, found footage-style artist who goes by SlimeySwampGhost, which many of us were familiar with. After discovering this, we collectively began filling their comments section with remarks about this lack of attribution. SlimeySwampGhost himself eventually asked for credit .

After a full day with no further response from CreepypastaDotCom, I decided to scroll deeper. I discovered that for the past few months, ALL their Twitter content was made up of uncredited artwork. Every post contained an excerpt, a link to the story it was from, a handful of hashtags, and an uncredited piece of artwork. Through this, I found another account called Chilling Tales for Dark Nights. They themselves are a horror audio drama/narration channel I’ve known about for a while. Not only did they have posts identical to those made on CreepypastaDotCom’s Twitter page, but they had made even MORE promoting their podcasts, audio recordings, and YouTube videos, still using artwork that they had no ownership of.

I want to put it into perspective how much of a profit these websites are making. If you visit CreepypastaDotCom (which I do not recommend), it is filled to bursting with ads. Their most recent story, which is only 1500 words long, contains four standard and one video ad to the right, a banner across the side and bottom, and three built right into the story, between every four paragraphs or so. I have seen an even higher number on longer stories. Though not an exact number, the site Worth of Web estimates that nearly 10 000 people visit CreepypastaDotCom and it earns nearly $150 USD daily. Though their site’s lack of ads is a little less apparent in its source of income, Chilling Tales for Dark Nights offers a subscription service starting at $5 USD a month and capping at $79.99 a year, locking many of their stories and recordings behind a paywall. On top of this, Social Blade estimates their channel earning between $144 and $2.3K USD monthly. These are not small groups making a mistake; these are large companies making the active decision to omit credit, at times going out of their way to do so.

So, I decided to spend a free afternoon going on a little crusade of using a combination of Google Images and other backwards image searching services to find and credit nearly ALL of the art they reposted in their respective comments section.

The most disturbing cases I’ve seen are:

-a few artists that I was able to tag directly that stated that they hadn’t permitted them to use their art nor was it free for anyone to repost or use (at bare minimum without credit)

-multiple artists who were selling the piece they used or others as a print

-several drawings that had logos, names, signatures or watermarks cropped out of the image to even further remove credit

-a handful of concept art from indie games

The most disgusting one I found was an advertisement featured on both Twitter feeds for a book on Amazon by K Banning Kellum. Attached to this was a piece that I discovered was hand painted by François Baranger for a crowdfunded book, cropping out the full resolution to hide the space where the text was meant to be placed. They were using art from an unrelated book to advertise another. Both Banning and Baranger have made statements asking that the advert be taken down.

It took a few hours before I heard any word from either of them. CreepypastaDotCom initially excused all this to Twitter’s word count, citing that their Facebook page properly attributed the specific artist I was referring to (which they mentioned was a “friend” of theirs). I pointed out that though yes, they did credit that very specific artist on that other social media, they failed to do so with a good majority of the art they were sharing, and that they had no issue adding an additional tweet to that chain after I mentioned it but still to none of the others.

Both pages did eventually remove all of the incriminating posts, but not before blocking me immediately after this interaction.

I had this on the back of my mind until a month later, when I decided to check up on both of them after the RareHorror incident occurred. When plugging their most recent text-based stories they began using (what I hope to be) stock photographs, and most of CreepypastaDotCom’s Facebook feed now consists of memes. But all of the images that they had removed on Twitter had not ben touched on this social media page, and I also discovered an Instagram page for Chilling Tales doing the same thing. While going about making similar remarks on these respective pages, I recognized the watermark of Omega Black, who’s work was stolen by them before, directly used in a thumbnail for their podcast, which is one of the ones currently hidden behind their paywall. In fact, a majority of their recent thumbnails on their website, as well as on YouTube, have art done by other people that they have not credited. They only credit the artists that they commission art from, which they can, have, and CONTINUE to do. I have made efforts to properly attribute and ask that they remove these images as many places as I have been able.

In the middle of writing this, CreepypastaDotCom has removed ONLY the post about post about K Banning’s book, leaving up everything else, and has banned me from commenting on their Facebook page any further. Chilling Tales yet to make any sort of statement about this behaviour.

In the end I just want this sort of thing to end. It’s not right that these pages are piggybacking off of the artwork of others to generate more interest and clicks, to earn a profit that the original creators will not see a cent of. As an artist myself who has had their art mistaken for free clipart in the past I can’t image what it must be like to have your work used on a much larger scale. So if anyone from the CreepypastaDotCom or Chilling Tales for Dark Nights team is reading this, please consider removing all these. It’s neither legally nor morally right.

Though you certainly are not obligated to, I ask that you consider addressing all this yourselves on your social media of choice. I don’t want any outright harassment, but it seems like as with most large corporations, a large group of people expressing their dissatisfaction is the only way to incite any change. As only one person there’s only so much I’ve been able to do. I mostly just want to spread awareness of how serious this has gotten and to be weary of these two companies. Please be extremely cautious of who is using your art and for what purpose.

If you intend on doing anything like Chilling Tales in the future, even tangentially related, the Creepypasta Wiki is a better while still expansive resource for stories. Here are also some resources you can use for royalty free or public domain photographs and images:

If you want to use art that you like, at least ask permission first. The worst they can say is no, and no response is NOT approval. Credit the artist, and Google Images is not a source.

Below is a list of all the artists I was able to find who’s work has been stolen and left unattributed. It is not completely comprehensive since backwards image searching only goes so far, and as only one person I have only been able to track their posts back to the beginning of January due to their absolutely massive backlog of images.
